FERMENTED PART:
15 g salt
500 g Coarse Ground Maize (Animal Feed)
300 ml sour milk

Fermented Coarse Ground Maize

Fermentation takes seven days. The lid is only loosely placed on the jar!

SECOND PART:
300 g cornmeal
200 g breadcrumbs
42 g fresh yeast (cube)
Canned corn

I mix the Ground Maize and breadcrumbs with the fermented meal as needed.
